Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Happiness To Go mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flourish Empowerment, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions and individual course purchases:

• Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Individual Course Purchases: Some courses may be purchased individually as one-time, non-refundable purchases. Access to purchased courses remains available as long as your account is active.
• Free Trial: If offered, the free trial period grants limited access to certain features. At the end of the trial, access to trial features will be restricted unless you subscribe.

5. Refunds

Subscription and purchase refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, please contact Apple App Store or Google Play Store support.

6. User Conduct

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Post or share content that is offensive, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable in community features.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collect or harvest other users' personal information.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including courses, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video — is owned by or licensed to Flourish Empowerment, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile > Delete Account). Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device's subscription settings, as deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription billing.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The wellness content in the App is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish Empowerment, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
